{And those who believe and do righteous deeds and believe in what has been sent down upon Muhammad}, they attest to it; meaning: the Qur'an, {and it is the truth from their Lord, He will remove from them their misdeeds}, He forgives them for them, {and He will improve their condition}, their state; meaning: He will cause them to enter Paradise.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نزل على مُحَمَّد﴾ صدقُوا بِهِ؛ يَعْنِي: الْقُرْآن ﴿وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُم سيئاتهم﴾ غفرها لَهُم ﴿وَأصْلح بالهم﴾ حَالهم؛ يَعْنِي: يدخلهم الْجنَّة
