Meaning: The believer reflects upon it, and learns that He who created this is capable of resurrecting the dead, and that what Allah has promised regarding the Hereafter is true.

Muhammad said: "An insight" (tabsirah) is in the accusative case, meaning: We have detailed this for the purpose of insight, and to indicate (His) power.

"And a reminder for every servant who turns (to Him)" meaning: returning to Allah with sincerity toward Him.
