His saying: "qasirat al-tarf" means: the wives who restrain their gaze to their husbands, not desiring anyone else. "'in" means those with large eyes; the singular of them is "'ayna'.
قَوْله: ﴿قاصرات الطّرف﴾ يَعْنِي: الْأزْوَاج قَصْرن طرْفَهُنّ عَلَى أزواجهنّ لَا يُرِدْن غيْرهم. ﴿عِينٌ﴾ عِظَام الْعُيُون، الْوَاحِدَة مِنْهُنَّ، عَيْناء.
