Translation · EN

"So be patient with what they say"—that is, what your people say to you: that you are a sorcerer, that you are a poet, that you are a soothsayer, that you are possessed, and that you are a liar. "And glorify your Lord with praise before the rising of the sun and before the setting"—al-Hasan's interpretation: meaning, the dawn prayer, the noon prayer, and the afternoon prayer.

﴿فاصبر على مَا يَقُولُونَ﴾ مَا يَقُول لَك قَوْمك: أَنَّك سَاحِرٌ، وَإِنَّكَ شَاعِرٌ، وَإِنَّكَ كَاهِنٌ، وَأَنَّك مَجْنُون، وَأَنَّك كَاذِب ﴿وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقبل الْغُرُوب﴾ تَفْسِير الْحسن: يَعْنِي: صَلَاة الصُّبْح وَالظّهْر وَالْعصر
