Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 4 · Page 991

Translation · EN

Muhammad said: Whoever reads "wa idbar" with a kasra (vowel point beneath the initial alif), it is in the form of a verbal noun (masdar), as one says: adbara idbaran.

Interpretation of verses 41 through 45 of Surah Q.

"The command descends," meaning: the revelation, "among them," "between the heaven and the earth, "so that you may know" through this revelation "that Allah is over all things competent and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge," for nothing escapes His knowledge.

Muhammad said: "ilman" (in knowledge) is in the accusative case as a confirmatory verbal noun (masdar mu'akkad); the meaning is: He has known everything with knowledge. This part has ended with the praise of Allah.
