"[A Day that will make the children grey-haired], meaning: So how will you protect yourselves from that Day in which children will become grey-haired? That is: if you disbelieve, you will not be protected from it."
﴿يَوْمًا يَجْعَل الْولدَان شيبا﴾ أَيْ: فَكَيْفَ تَتَّقُونَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي يُجْعل الْوَلْدَانُ فِيهِ شِيبًا؟: أَيْ: إِنْ كَفَرْتُمْ لَمْ تَتَّقُوهُ.
