"(They) fulfill their vows" (76:7), "And they fear a Day whose evil is widespread" (76:7), meaning: severe, and its evil is upon the disbelievers.
﴿يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ﴾ ﴿وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَره مُسْتَطِيرا﴾ (ل ٣٨١) أَيْ: قَاسِيًا وَشَرُّهُ عَلَى الكُفَار.
