Translation · EN

[Reclining therein on thrones]—upon couches inside curtained chambers. [They will not see therein a sun, nor intense cold]. Al-zamharir (the intense cold) is extreme cold. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There is neither sun, nor dark night, nor heat, nor cold in Paradise that would harm them."

﴿متكئين فِيهَا على الأرائك﴾ عَلَى السُّرُرِ فِي الْحِجَالِ ﴿لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيهَا شَمْسًا وَلا زَمْهَرِيرًا﴾ الزَّمْهَرِيرُ: الْبَرْدُ الشَّدِيدُ. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: ((لَيْسَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ شمسٌ وَلا ليلٌ مُظْلِمٌ وَلا حرٌّ وَلا بردٌ يؤذيهم)).
