[And they are given to drink in it a cup], which is wine, [whose mixture is of ginger]; that is, the taste of that mixture is the taste of ginger.
﴿ويسقون فِيهَا كأسا﴾ وَهِيَ الْخَمْرُ ﴿كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنْجَبِيلا﴾ أَيْ: طَعْمُ ذَلِكَ الْمِزَاجِ طَعْمُ الزّنجبيل.
