"And by those that bring down the message," the angels who cast [down] the revelation, that is: they descend with it upon the prophets.
﴿فالملقيات ذكرا﴾ الْمَلائِكَةُ تُلْقِي الْوَحْيَ، أَيْ: تَنْزِلُ بِهِ على الْأَنْبِيَاء
