"Eat and enjoy yourselves." The verse is addressed to the polytheists as a threat to them, and the first story regarding the affair of the people of the Fire has concluded.
﴿كلوا وتمتعوا﴾ الْآيَةُ يَقُولُهُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَعِيدًا لَهُمْ، وَانْقَطَعَتِ القَّصة الْأُولَى مِنْ أَمْرِ أهل النَّار.
