"Indeed in that is a lesson for whoever fears." Al-Hasan's interpretation: For whoever fears that he may be treated as Pharaoh and his people were treated, so he believes.
Muhammad said: "Nakal" (an exemplary punishment) is in the accusative case as an emphatic verbal noun; because the meaning of "Allah seized him" is: Allah punished him with the punishment of the latter and the former.
Tafsir of Surah An-Nazi'at from verse (27-35)
﴿إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِمَنْ يخْشَى﴾ تَفْسِيرُ الْحَسَنِ: لِمَنْ يَخْشَى أَنْ يُفْعَلَ بِهِ مَا فُعِلَ بِفِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِ فَيُؤْمِنُ.
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: (نَكَالَ) مَنْصُوبٌ مَصْدَرٌ مُؤَكَّدٌ؛ لِأَنَّ مَعْنَى (أَخَذَهُ اللَّهُ): نكَّل اللَّهُ بِهِ نكال الْآخِرَة وَالْأولَى.
