"(It is) the Day when no soul shall have power to do anything for another soul," meaning: it shall not benefit it. "And the command, on that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah."
﴿يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌ لِنَفْسٍ شَيْئا﴾ أَيْ: لَا تَنْفَعُهَا ﴿وَالأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لله﴾
