"And it has listened to its Lord," meaning it has heard and obeyed; "and has been obligated [to do so]," meaning it is right for it to do so.
﴿وأذنت لِرَبِّهَا﴾ سَمِعت وأطاعت ﴿وحقت﴾ وَحقّ لَهَا أَن تفعل
