"So he will have no power" to protect himself from the punishment of Allah, "nor any helper" to support him, and this refers to the polytheist.
﴿فَمَا لَهُ من قُوَّة﴾ يَمْتَنِعُ بِهَا مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ ﴿وَلَا نَاصِر﴾ ينصره وَهَذَا الْمُشرك،
