Then He said: "Is there in that an oath for the possessor of intelligence (hijr)?" meaning intellect. He says: In it there is an oath for one who possesses intellect, and the answer to the oath.
ثُمَّ قَالَ: ﴿هَلْ فِي ذَلِكَ قسم لذِي حجر﴾ عَقْلٍ؛ يَقُولُ: فِيهِ قَسَمٌ لِذِي عَقْلٍ، وَجَوَابُ الْقَسَمِ.
