"The like of which was not created in the lands": He means ‘Ad, in terms of their stature and bodies.
﴿الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي الْبِلَاد﴾ يَعْنِي: عَادًا فِي طُولِهِمْ وَأَجْسَامِهِمْ.
