[The Almighty] said, "Their most moderate one said," meaning: the most just among them, "Did I not say to you, why do you not" meaning: why do you not, "exalt [Allah]," meaning: make the exception (istithna').
﴿قَالَ أوسطهم﴾ أَعْدَلُهُمْ ﴿أَلَمْ أَقُلْ لَكُمْ لَوْلا﴾ هلا ﴿تسبحون﴾ تستثنون
