Yahya said: This is all an oath from the beginning of the Surah up to this point.
قَالَ يَحْيَى: هَذَا كُلُّهُ قَسَمٌ مِنْ أَوَّلِ السُّورَةِ إِلَى هَذَا الْموضع.
