"When the most wretched of them was sent forth" [Al-Shams: 12], and he is the 'red one' of Thamud who hamstrung the she-camel, and its interpretation has already passed in Surah Hud.
﴿إِذْ انْبَعَثَ أشقاها﴾ وَهُوَ أَحْمَرُ ثَمُودَ الَّذِي عَقَرَ النَّاقَةَ، وَقَدْ مَضَى تَفْسِيرُهَا فِي سُورَة هود
