"We have certainly created man in the best of stature." This means in the best of forms. He swore by all of this from the beginning of the Surah up to this position.
﴿لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيم﴾ فِي أَحْسَنِ صُورَةٍ، أَقْسَمَ بِهَذَا كُلِّهِ مِنْ أَوَّلِ السُّورَةِ إِلَى هَذَا الْموضع
