His saying: "And those who fulfill their covenant when they make one."
1561 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, from Abu Ja'far, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, regarding His saying: "And those who fulfill their covenant when they make one," [he said]: Whoever is given the covenant of Allah and then breaks it, He will take vengeance upon him; and whoever is given the protection (dhimmah) of the Messenger of Allah and then acts treacherously regarding it, then the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is his opponent on the Day of Resurrection. It was reported from al-Rabi' ibn Anas similarly.
1562 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' narrated to me, from Sa'id, regarding the saying of Allah: "And those who fulfill their covenant when they make one" - meaning: in what is between them and the people.
His saying: "And the patient in poverty"
1563 - 'Amr ibn 'Abd Allah al-Awdi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sharik, from al-Suddi, from Murrah, from 'Abd Allah, regarding: "And the patient in poverty," he said: It is poverty.
It was reported from Ibn 'Abbas, Abu al-'Aliyah, al-Hasan in one of his two views, Sa'id ibn Jubayr, Murrah al-Hamdani, Mujahid, Qatadah, al-Dahhak, al-Rabi' ibn Anas, al-Suddi, and Muqatil ibn Hayyan similarly.
1564 - Al-Hasan ibn Ahmad narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bashshar narrated to us, Surur ibn al-Mughirah narrated to me, from 'Abbad ibn Mansur, from al-Hasan: [Regarding] "poverty" (al-ba'sa'), he said: It is tribulation (al-bala').

1565 - Abu Sa'id ibn Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Muhammad al-'Anqazi narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi, from Murrah, from 'Abd Allah, regarding His saying: "And hardship," he said: Hardship is illness.
It was reported from Ibn 'Abbas, Abu al-'Aliyah, Murrah, Abu Malik, al-Hasan, Mujahid, al-Rabi' ibn Anas, Muqatil ibn Hayyan, and al-Dahhak similarly.
1566 - Al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "And hardship," he said: Chronic illness in the body.
