‘Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding: "Then whoever changes it after he has heard it, then its sin is upon those who change it"—and the reward of the deceased has already been established with Allah, and he is absolved of its sin.
1610 - Abu Zur’ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, ‘Abd Allah ibn Lahi’ah narrated to me, ‘Ata’ ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, regarding His saying: "Then its sin is"—meaning: the sin of that.
His saying: "Upon those who change it"
And by the same chain from Sa’id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "Upon those who change it"—meaning: the executor, and the deceased is absolved of it.
His saying: "Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing"

1611 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih, the scribe of al-Layth, narrated to us, Mu’awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from ‘Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding His saying: "Then whoever fears from a testator, bias"—meaning: sin.
1612 - Ahmad ibn Sinan narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-A’mash, from Talhah ibn Musarrif, from Abu ‘Ammar, from ‘Amr ibn Shurahbil, who said: The third and the fourth are bias.
1613 - Ibn al-Muqri’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, regarding: "Then whoever fears from a testator, bias"—he said: This is the man who makes a bequest to the child of his daughter.

عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَمَنْ بَدَّلَهُ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ وَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُ الْمَيِّتِ على الله برئ مِنْ إِثْمِهِ.
١٦١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ يَعْنِي: إِثْمَ ذَلِكَ.
قَوْلُهُ: عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ
وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: عَلَى الَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُ يَعْنِي: الْوَصِيَّ، وبرئ مِنْهُ الْمَيِّتُ.
قَوْلُهُ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ يَعْنِي: الْوَصِيَّةَ لِلْمَيِّتِ، عَلِيمٌ بِهَا.

وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فَمَنْ خَافَ يَقُولُ: فَمَنْ عَلِمَ

١٦١٣ - حدثنا ابن المقري، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ «١» عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَمَنْ خَافَ مِنْ مُوصٍ جَنَفًا قَالَ: هُوَ الرجل يوصي لولد ابنته.
