His saying: "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque"
1810 - My father narrated to us, 'Ubayd Allah ibn al-Harith ibn Muhammad ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Abd al-Mu'min ibn Abi Shura'ah narrated to us, he said: Ibn 'Umar was asked, while I was present, about a woman who had never performed Hajj before, should she perform 'Umrah during her Hajj? He said: Yes, for Allah has made it a concession for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque.
1811 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, from Abu Ja'far, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah: "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque," he says: The Tamattu' is for the people of the provinces and for the people of the distant regions, and there is no Tamattu' for the people of Makkah.
It has been narrated from Ibn 'Abbas, Ibn 'Umar, Tawus, 'Ata', Mujahid, al-Hasan, al-Zuhri, Nafi', Ibrahim, al-Rabi' ibn Anas, and Maymun ibn Mihran that they said: There is no Tamattu' for the people of Makkah.

1812 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Yunus narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, Ibn 'Ata' informed me, he said: I said to my father: "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque," he said: Murr, Nakhlah, and those similar to them.
1813 - 'Amr ibn 'Abd Allah al-Awdi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Ata': "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque," he said: 'Arafah, 'Aranah, al-Raji', Dajnan, and the two Nakhlahs. And something similar was narrated from Ibn Shihab and Makhul.

1814 - 'Amr ibn 'Abd Allah al-Awdi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from Mujahid: "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque," he said: They are the people of the Haram.
It was narrated from Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Ansari, he said: Whoever's family is at a distance of a day's journey or less than that.
