[His saying: And we exalt You with praise]

[The First Aspect]

329 - Al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us from Qatadah regarding His saying: "And we exalt You with praise." He said: The Tasbih is the Tasbih (exaltation).

[The Second Aspect]

330 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us from al-Suddi: "And we exalt You with praise," he says: We pray for You.

[His saying: And we declare Your sanctity]

[The First Aspect]

331 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Minjab ibn al-Harith narrated to us, Bishr ibn 'Umarah informed us from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "And we declare Your sanctity," he said: The Taqdis (sanctification) is the purification.

[The Second Aspect]

332 - Al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us from Qatadah regarding His saying: "And we declare Your sanctity," he said: The Taqdis is the prayer. Abu Muhammad said: And likewise, al-Suddi interpreted it.

[His saying the Exalted: He said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."]

[The First Aspect]

333 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us from Isra'il, from al-Suddi, from someone from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: Iblis was over the angels of the lowest heaven, then he grew arrogant, intended disobedience, and transgressed. That is the saying of Allah: "Indeed, I know that which you do not know," in the soul of Iblis is the transgression. It was narrated from al-Suddi something similar to that.

334 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashaj narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Bashir narrated to us from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from 'Ali ibn Badhimah, from Mujahid, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know," he said: He knew from Iblis the disobedience, and He created him for it.

[The Second Aspect]

335 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Bashir informed me from Qatadah:
