488 - I read to Muhammad ibn al-Fadl ibn Musa: Muhammad ibn 'Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Shaqiq narrated to us, Abu Wahb narrated to us, Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan, regarding His saying: "And indeed, it is difficult," he says: Your turning from Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem) to the Ka'bah; that is difficult for the hypocrites and the Jews.

489 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih narrated to us, Mu'awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn 'Abbas: "Except for the humble ones," he says: Those who believe in what Allah the Exalted has sent down.
The Second Interpretation:
490 - Al-Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sabbah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "And indeed, it is difficult except for the humble ones," he said: The true believers.
The Third Interpretation:
491 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far narrated to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, regarding His saying: "Except for the humble ones," he said: Meaning the fearful.
The Fourth Interpretation:
492 - I read to Muhammad ibn al-Fadl: Muhammad ibn 'Ali narrated to us, Abu Wahb informed us, Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan, regarding His saying: "Except for the humble ones," he means by it the submissive ones.
His saying: "Who are certain that they will meet their Lord"
493 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far narrated to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, regarding His saying: "Who are certain that they will meet their Lord," he said: The term "certainty" (al-zann) here means absolute conviction (yaqin).

قَوْلِهِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ قَالَ: الصَّلاةُ.
٤٨٧ - ذُكِرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ جُوَيْبِرٌ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ قَالَ لَثَقِيلَةٌ.
٤٨٨ - قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُوسَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ ثنا أَبُو وَهْبٍ ثنا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَوْلُهُ: وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ يَقُولُ صَرْفُكَ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ، كَبِيرٌ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْيَهُودِ.

٤٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادِ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: الَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُمْ ملاقوا ربهم قال الظن ها هنا يقين.
