503 - My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Dahhak narrated to us, al-Walid—meaning Ibn Muslim—narrated to us, 'Uthman ibn Abi al-'Atikah narrated to us, from 'Umayr ibn Hani', regarding His saying: "And no intercession will be accepted from it, and no compensation will be accepted from it," he said: Neither an obligatory act nor a supererogatory one.

His saying: "And they will not be aided"

504 - al-Hasan ibn Ahmad Abu Fatimah narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bashshar al-Wasiti narrated to us, Surur ibn al-Mughirah narrated to me, from 'Abbad ibn Mansur, from al-Hasan: "And they will not be aided," he said: On the Day of Resurrection.

His saying, the Exalted: "And when We saved you from the people of Pharaoh"

505 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far narrated to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, regarding His saying: "And when We saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with the worst of the torment," he said: Pharaoh ruled over them.
