And "There is no difficulty for you in the religion," and it was said to him: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you," and He said to this nation: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you."

18444 - Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Al-A'mash narrated to us, from Dharr, from Yasi' al-Kindi, from Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Indeed, supplication is worship." Then he recited: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you. Indeed, those who are arrogant toward My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible."

His saying, the Almighty: "When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged."

18445 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Mani' narrated to us, Mansur ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, Bashir ibn Talhah al-Khuzami narrated to us, from Khalid ibn Durayk, from Ya'la ibn Munyah, who attributed the hadith to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Allah will create a black, dark cloud for the people of the Fire, and it will be said: 'O people of the Fire! What do you seek?' They will be reminded by it of the clouds of the worldly life, and they will say: 'We ask for the coolness of a drink.' It will then rain upon them shackles, which increase their shackles; chains, which increase their chains; and embers that inflame the Fire upon them."

His saying, the Almighty: "They will be fueled."

18446 - From Mujahid, may Allah be pleased with him, regarding His saying: "They will be fueled," he said: The Fire will be stoked with them. And regarding His saying: "You used to behave insolently," he said: You were arrogant and insolent.
