1785: from you: 4: Sahih. Narrated by al-Bukhari (3/13, 6/33), al-Nasa'i (5/195, 7/469), Ahmad (4/241, 243), al-Bayhaqi (5/169), al-Tabarani (19/108, 137, 157), al-Tamhidi (2/238), Habib (2/12), al-Manthur (1/213, 214, 3/235), al-Kanz (24201, 24559), al-Tabari (2/134, 135), Ibn Kathir (1/337), Tajrid (332), and 'Ajab (24).

341: 1792: with him: 1: Al-Qurtubi said: Scholars have differed regarding someone who performs 'Umrah during the months of Hajj, then returns to his country and home, and then performs Hajj in the same year. The majority of scholars said: He is not a Mutamatti' (one performing Tamattu'), and he is not obligated to offer a sacrificial animal (hady) nor to fast. Al-Hasan al-Basri said: He is a Mutamatti' even if he returns to his family, whether he performs Hajj or not. He said: Because it used to be said, 'An 'Umrah during the months of Hajj is a Tamattu'.'

342: 1803: that: 1: Al-Shafi'i and Ahmad ibn Hanbal said: He should fast them between the time he assumes the state of Ihram for Hajj until the day of 'Arafah. This is the opinion of Ibn 'Umar and 'Aishah. This is also narrated from Malik, and it is the implication of his statement in his Muwatta': 'So that the day of 'Arafah is a day of breaking the fast, for that is more in accordance with the Sunnah and gives more strength for worship.'
