Mixing with the orphans: It is that one of them has wealth and it is difficult for his guardian to separate his food from his own, and he finds no way but to mix it with his family's expenses. He takes from the orphan's wealth what he deems sufficient by estimation and puts it with his family's expenses. This involves increase and decrease, and thus this abrogating verse came with the concession regarding it.
