615: 3300: Like that: 1: It was narrated from Anas that he heard the Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—saying:
"Indeed, Allah says: 'I intend to punish the inhabitants of the earth, but when I look at those who tend to My houses, those who love one another for My sake, those who pray in the late night (tahajjud), and those who seek forgiveness before dawn, I turn the punishment away from them because of them.'"

616: 3301: The morning: 1: It is confirmed in the two Sahihs (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) and other Musnads and Sunan, from more than one source from a group of the Companions, that the Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said:
"Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains and says: 'Is there any caller so that I may answer him? Is there any petitioner so that I may give him? Is there any seeker of forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'" The Hadith.
