Al-Aqra' ibn Habis stood up and asked: O Messenger of Allah, is it every year? He replied: "If I were to say yes, it would become obligatory, and if it were obligatory, you would not perform it, and you would not be able to perform it. The Hajj is once; whoever does more, it is voluntary."
