Translation · EN

: 5084: Breastfeeding: 2: I say: The basis for this is that Aflah, the brother of Abu al-Qu'ays, came to seek permission to enter upon her, and he was her paternal uncle through breastfeeding after the hijab was revealed. She said: So I refused to give him permission. When the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, arrived, I informed him, and he said: "Let him enter upon you, for he is your uncle; may your right hand be covered with dust [i.e., you should know this]." Meaning her uncle through breastfeeding. Authentic (sahih). Narrated by Muslim in (Al-Rada', no. 7), Ibn Majah (no. 1949), Ahmad (6/194), and al-Qurtubi (5/111).

912: 5087: Your guardianship: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/471). And Ibn Kathir said: "This is a strong, established chain of narration leading to Ali ibn Abi Talib, meeting the conditions of Muslim, and it is a very strange statement."

: 5091: Intercourse: 2: Ibn Jarir said: The consensus of everyone that a man being in seclusion with a woman does not render her daughter unlawful to him if he divorces her before having intimate contact with her or touching her, and before looking at her private parts with desire, indicates that the meaning of 'approaching her' refers to sexual intercourse.

913: 5096: We speak: 1: Addition from al-Tabari: (4/323).

914: 5099: Your right hand: 1: Imam Ahmad said: Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Abu Wahb al-Jushani, from al-Dahhak ibn Fayruz, from his father, who said: "I embraced Islam while I had two wives who were sisters, and the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded me to divorce one of them." See: (Tafsir Ibn Kathir: 1/472).

915: 5105: Munkar (disclaimed): 1: Fabricated (mawdu'). Narrated by al-Tabarani in 'Al-Awsat' (1/182/1-2), Ibn 'Asakir (2/15/1, 14/358/1), and al-Haythami in 'Al-Majma'' (4/263). Shaykh al-Albani said: "Fabricated." See: (Al-Da'ifah: no. 797).
