5107: That: 2: Tafsir Mujahid (1/151) and Tafsir Abd al-Razzaq: (1/153).

916: 5112: That: 1: I say: The Imams have relied in this upon the hadith of Barirah, which is reported in the two Sahihs and other sources. For Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, bought her and emancipated her, and her marriage to her husband, Mughith, was not annulled. Rather, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, gave her the choice between annulment and remaining [in the marriage], and she chose annulment. Her story is famous. Authentic (sahih). Narrated by Muslim in: Breastfeeding, (no. 1456).

5113: War: 2: Authentic (sahih). Narrated by Muslim in: Breastfeeding, chapter "9", (no. 33).

918: 5122: Concubines: 1: Similar to it in Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/474).

5125: Mutanakihin (marrying one another): 2: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/152).

5128: Zina (adultery/fornication): 3: Tafsir al-Qurtubi: (3/1697). See Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/469-474).

919: 5131: That: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/474).

5132: About her: 2: Tafsir Abd al-Razzaq: (1/153).

5134: And the dowry: 3: Mujahid said: This verse was revealed regarding temporary marriage (nikah al-mut'ah), but the majority hold a contrary view. The authority is what is established in the two Sahihs from the Commander of the Believers, Ali ibn Abi Talib, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade temporary marriage (nikah al-mut'ah) and the eating of the meat of domestic donkeys on the day of Khaybar."

920: 5140: In it: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/475).

5141: Free women: 2: The previous source.

921: 5142: So chaste women: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/921).

5146: That: 2: The previous source.
