I say: Ibn Hajar cited it in Lisan al-Mizan under the entry for 'Umar ibn al-Mughirah, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind. Al-Bukhari said: 'Umar ibn al-Mughirah is munkar al-hadith (possessing rejected narrations) and unknown.
