989: 5534: The servants: 1: Abu Dawud said: Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah, Nafi' narrated to us, from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar, from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Hearing and obeying is upon the Muslim individual regarding what he likes and what he dislikes, as long as he is not commanded to commit a sin; if he is, then there is no hearing and no obeying."
