In Sahih Muslim, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has guaranteed for whoever goes out in His way—nothing drives him out except Jihad in My way, belief in Me, and confirming My messengers—that I will guarantee for him that I shall either admit him into Paradise or return him to his dwelling from which he set out, having attained whatever he attained of reward or spoils."
