: 8568: Then they took them out: 2: Abu Dawud said: Muhammad ibn Dawud ibn Sufyan narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hassan narrated to me, Sulayman ibn Musa Abu Dawud informed us, Ja'far ibn Sa'd ibn Samurah ibn Jundub narrated to us, Habib ibn Sulayman narrated to me, from his father Sulayman ibn Samurah ibn Jundub, amma ba'd (to proceed). The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever associates with the polytheist and resides with him, then he is like him." Recorded by Abu Dawud (h/2787), Sharh al-Sunnah (10/374), and al-Kanz (11029).
