And it is also in the Sahih: "Indeed, Allah grants respite to the oppressor, until when He seizes him, He does not let him escape."

Authentic. Narrated by al-Bukhari (6/94), al-Fath (8/354), al-Bayhaqi (6/94), al-Jawami' (5009), al-Mishkat (5124), al-Baghawi (3/252), al-Manthur (3/349), Bidayah (2/64), and Ibn Kathir (5/78, 278, 383, 434, 491).

And it was narrated by al-Bukhari "mu'allaqan" (hanging/suspended) in: 65- The Book of Tafsir, Chapter "10".

232: 1233: The All-Knowing: 1: Tafsir 'Abd al-Razzaq: (1/78).

: 1234: The All-Knowing: 2: Al-Bukhari narrated in his Sahih from 'A'ishah - may Allah be pleased with her - that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Did you not see that your people built the Ka'bah and fell short of the foundations of Abraham?" I said: "O Messenger of Allah, will you not return it to the foundations of Abraham?" He said: "Were it not for the recent conversion of your people to Islam." 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar said: "If 'A'ishah truly heard this from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I do not think the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) abandoned touching the two corners adjacent to the Hijr except because the House was not completed upon the foundations of Abraham."

: 1238: The House: 2: Al-Bukhari and Muslim said in their Sahihs: Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, from 'A'ishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Were it not for the recent conversion of your people to Islam, I would have demolished the Ka'bah and rebuilt it upon the foundation of Abraham; for when Quraysh built the House, they shortened it, and I would have made a back entrance for it."
