Translation · EN

: 1542: But [it is] righteousness: 2: Al-Qurtubi said: Al-Daraqutni narrated from Fatimah bint Qays that she said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, there is a right in wealth other than Zakat," then he recited this verse, "Righteousness is not that you turn your faces..." to the end of the verse. Recorded by al-Tirmidhi (no. 659, 660) and he said: "The chain of narration for this hadith is not strong, and Abu Hamzah Maymun al-A'war is considered weak." Also by al-Tabari (2/57), Al-Mishkat (1914), Ithaf (4/105), Al-Manthur (6/334), Al-Kanz (10785), al-Baghawi (1/580), and Sharh al-Sunnah (10/376).

289: 1550: Forbearance: 1: Sahih. Due to the plurality of its narrators. Al-Haythami cited it in "al-Majma'" (4/226) and attributed it to al-Bazzar, and in it is Yahya ibn Yazid ibn 'Abd al-Malik al-Nawfali, who is weak. Also in Matalib (1437), 'Abd al-Razzaq (13899), Nasb al-Rayah (3/219), Al-Manthur (1/288), al-Masir (3/360), Al-Kanz (6045), al-Khatib in his "Tarikh" (5/299), and Ibn 'Adi in "al-Kamil" (7/2316). The hadith has supporting narrations (shawahid) with the same meaning.

: 1552: Upon it: 2: Sahih. Agreed upon. Recorded by al-Bukhari (2/153, 6/40), Muslim in (Al-Zakat, no. 102), Abu Dawud (no. 1631, 1632), al-Nasa'i (5/85), Ahmad (2/260, 395), and al-Bayhaqi (4/195, 7/11).
