preaching while he was saying: "Verily, Allah has given everyone entitled to a right his right, so there is no bequest for an heir."

299: 1598: For your child: 1: I say: It has been established in the Sahihayn from Ibn 'Umar who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not the right of a Muslim man who has anything to bequeath to spend two nights except that his will is written down with him."
