301: 1611: Sin: 1: Ibn Marduyah said: Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Hisham ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, 'Umar ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, from Dawud Abi Hind, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Inclining toward injustice in a will is one of the major sins."

308: 1638: Postponed: 1: Al-Qurtubi said: Whoever had days of Ramadan to make up, and the equivalent number of days passed after the breaking of the fast in which he could have fasted, but he postponed it, and then an impediment came to him that prevented him from making them up until another Ramadan, then there is no feeding required from him, because he was not negligent when he did what was permissible for him regarding the postponement. This is the opinion of the Baghdadis among the Malikis, and they consider it the opinion of Ibn al-Qasim in al-Mudawwanah.

And if he delayed his making up past the Sha'ban which is the final time in which to make up Ramadan, does an expiation become incumbent upon him for that or not? Malik, al-Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq said: Yes. Abu Hanifah, al-Hasan, al-Nakha'i, and Dawud said: No.
