كيف نصنع وقد فررنا من الزحف وبؤنا بالغضب؟ ثم قلنا: لو دخلنا المدينة ثم تبنا ثم قلنا: لو عرضنا أنفسنا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فإن كانت لنا توبة وإلا ذهبنا، فأتيناه
