1723: 9104: Horses: 1: Imam Ahmad said: Hajjaj told us, Shurayk informed us, from Al-Rabi' ibn al-Rukayn, from Al-Qasim ibn Hassan, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Horses are three: a horse for the Merciful, a horse for Satan, and a horse for man..." the hadith. It was narrated by Al-Bayhaqi (10/21), Al-'Alil (5/338), Ibn 'Adi in "Al-Kamil" (5/1985), and Al-Majma' (5/260).

1726: 9129: For him: 1: It was narrated from Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a Muslim meets his Muslim brother and takes his hand, their sins fall away from them just as leaves fall from a dry tree on a windy day, and if not, their sins are forgiven even if they were like the foam of the sea." It was narrated by Al-Tabarani (6/315), Al-Jawami' (5895), Al-Kanz (25362), Al-Targhib (3/433), and Al-Majma' (8/37), and he attributed it to Al-Tabarani, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Salim ibn Ghaylan, and he is trustworthy.
