1927: 10224. With justice (bil-'adl): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (2/407).

: 10225. Hot/scalding water (hamim): 2: Al-Qurtubi said in the interpretation of this verse: That is, hot water whose heat has reached its peak, and al-hamimah is similar. Every heated thing among the Arabs is called hamim.

1928: 10229. The verses (al-ayat): 1: Ibn Kathir said in the interpretation of this verse: That is, He did not create it in vain, but rather there is great wisdom in that and a conclusive argument.

: 10230. In it (fiha): 2: It has preceded in more than one place.

: 10232. By it (biha): 3: Ibn Kathir said in the interpretation of this verse: Allah the Almighty says, informing about the state of the wretched who denied the meeting with Allah on the Day of Resurrection, and who do not hope for anything in meeting Him, are content with this worldly life, and whose souls are at rest with it.

1929: 10237. The fire (al-nar): 1: Al-Jawami' (5840), al-Kanz (4/216), Kashshaf (83), and al-Tabari (11/63).

1930: 10242. Its food/produce (ukuluhunna): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (2/408).

1931: 10249. Allah (Allah): 1: Al-Qurtubi said: It is from the Sunnah for one who begins to eat to mention the name of Allah upon eating and drinking, and to praise Him upon finishing, in emulation of the people of Paradise.

: 10252. The benefit/piety (al-birr): 2: In Sahih Muslim, on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah is pleased with the servant who eats a morsel of food and praises Allah for it, or drinks a drink and praises Allah for it." Narrated by Muslim in (al-Dhikr, H/89), al-Tirmidhi (H/1816), Ahmad (3/100, 117), al-Sahihah (1651), al-Mishkat (4100), al-Masir (5/7), al-Irwa' (7/47), al-Shama'il (97, 99), and Sharh al-Sunnah.
