Translation · EN

: From Ibn 'Abbas who said: "If a Muslim slaughters and does not mention the name of Allah, let him eat, for in the Muslim there is a name from the names of Allah."

1381: 7850: Disobedience: 1: This school of thought was substantiated by the hadith narrated through various chains by Ibn Majah from Ibn 'Abbas, Abu Hurayrah, Abu Dharr, 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, and 'Abd Allah ibn 'Amr from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace: "Indeed, Allah has lifted from my Ummah [the accountability for] error, forgetfulness, and that which they are forced to do."

Sahih (authentic). Narrated by Ibn Majah (H/2045), Nasb al-Rayah (2/64, 65), al-Kanz (34460), al-Masir (1/347), Kashshaf (132), Ibn Kathir (2/170), al-Hilyah (6/352), and al-Irwa' (1/132). It was also authenticated by Shaykh al-Albani.
