8266: Muqitan (Sustainer/Witness): 2: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (2/205).

1447: 8267: Saghir (Small): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (2/205).

8270: Ma'ib (Flawed): 2: The previous source.

8271: Muqitan: 3: The previous source.

1448: 8275: Al-Firdaws: 1: Al-Qurtubi said: He said to Adam after Iblis was removed from his position in heaven: "Dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise." The meaning of dwelling has already preceded in "Al-Baqarah," so it is unnecessary to repeat it. The meaning of "And do not approach this tree" has also preceded there. And praise be to Allah.

1450: 8286: Satan: 1: Al-Qurtubi said regarding the saying of the Almighty: "Then Satan whispered to them" meaning: to both of them. It is said: He entered Paradise by the snake letting him in. And it is said: From the outside, through the authority that was granted to him. This has already passed in "Al-Baqarah," and the 'waswasa' (whispering) is the hidden sound.

And the 'waswasa' is the discourse of the self.

1451: 8293: The branch: 1: Al-Manthur: (3/431).

8294: Forever: 2: Ibn Abbas said: The cursed one came to them from the side of kingship; that is why he said: "Shall I direct you to the tree of eternity and a kingdom that does not decay?" Abu Ubayd claimed that Yahya ibn Kathir’s use as evidence of His saying "and a kingdom that does not decay" is a clear proof, but people are in agreement on abandoning it, so we abandoned it.

8295: To them (both): 3: Tafsir al-Qurtubi: (4/2615).

8297: By deception: 4: The saying of the Almighty: "So he brought them down by deception." He caused them to fall into destruction. Ibn Abbas said: He deceived them by swearing (an oath).

Adam used to think that no one would swear by Allah falsely, so he deceived them with his whispering and his swearing to them. Qatada said: He swore to them by Allah until he tricked them. Sometimes the believer is tricked by Allah. Some of the scholars used to say: Whoever tricks us by (the name of) Allah, we are tricked (by him).
