: 16978: The Book: 2: It is narrated from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari - may Allah be pleased with him - who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Three [types of people] will be given their reward twice: a man from the People of the Book who believed in his prophet and then believed in me; a slave who fulfilled the right of Allah and the right of his masters; and a man who had a slave-girl, educated her, educated her well, then manumitted her and married her." Authentic. Agreed upon. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (h/82), Muslim in (Al-Iman, h/241), Al-Tirmidhi (h/1116) who said: This is a hasan sahih hadith, Al-Nasa'i (6/115), Ahmad (4/405), Al-Darimi (2/155), Abu 'Uwanah (1/103), Al-Humaydi (768), Sharh al-Sunnah (1/53), Ithaf (6/327), Al-Tabari (27/140), Al-Qurtubi (4/322, 13/297), Al-Targhib (3/25), Al-Manthur (5/133), Al-Khatib (4/288, 6/229), Al-Sahihah (1153), and Ibn Kathir (1/67, 499, 2/169, 6/254, 8/57).
