Translation · EN

3061: 17313: Hasiban (a storm of stones): 1: His saying, the Almighty: "So some of them We sent against a storm of stones" means: The people of Lot. Al-Hasib is a wind that brings al-hasba', which are small pebbles, and it is used for every form of punishment.

3062: 17318: From whom: 1: Erased in the "original."

3063: 17320: To the polytheist: 1: Erased in the "original."

: 17324: The Spider: 2: His saying, the Almighty: "The example of those who take allies other than Allah is like that of the spider" - Al-Akhfash said: "Like that of the spider" is a complete stop, then He tells its story, saying: "that takes a home." Ibn al-Anbari said: This is incorrect because "that takes a home" is a relative clause (sila) for the spider, as if He said: "Like the one that takes a home." It is not appropriate to pause at the relative clause without the relative pronoun, and it is in the position of His saying: "Like the donkey carrying books" (62:5), so "carrying" is a relative clause for the donkey, and it is not appropriate to pause at "the donkey" without "carrying."

3064: 17327: The knowledgeable: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (3/414).

3066: 17340: Except distance: 1: Al-Durr (160), al-Tabarani (11/54), and al-Majma' (2/258), attributing it to al-Tabarani in al-Kabir, and it contains Layth ibn Abi Sulaym, who is trustworthy but is a mudallis (one who obscures the chain of narration). Al-Haythami brought it in "Majma' al-Zawa'id" (2/258) and attributed it to al-Tabarani in "al-Kabir," and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

3067: 17346: And the reprehensible: 1: His saying, the Almighty: "Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing" means: The five prayers are what expiate the sins between them, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you see, if there were a river at the door of one of you, in which he bathes five times every day, would any of his filth remain?" They said: "None of his filth would remain." He said: "That is the example of the five prayers; Allah erases sins by them." Sahih. Tafsir al-Qurtubi: (8/5063).
