: 17716: Turn away from them: 3: Al-Manthur: (6/625). His saying, the Exalted: "And leave their annoyance," meaning: pardon them and overlook them, and entrust their affairs to Allah, the Exalted, for He suffices for them. Therefore, the Majestic and Glorified said: "And rely upon Allah; and sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs."
3142: 17717: The Beautiful: 1: Al-Manthur: (6/625).
: 17718: Touch them: 2: Ibn Kathir said in the interpretation of this verse: "It contains evidence for the permissibility of divorcing a woman before consummating the marriage with her. His saying, the Exalted: 'the believing women' is expressed in the context of the prevalent case, as there is no difference in the ruling between a believing woman and a woman of the People of the Book in this regard, by consensus. Ibn Abbas—may Allah be pleased with both of them—, Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, Al-Hasan al-Basri, Ali ibn al-Husayn Zayn al-Abidin, and a group of the Salaf used this verse as proof that divorce does not occur unless marriage has preceded it."

: 17727: The Khuzai woman: 5: Ibn Majah narrated from Ali and Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah—may Allah be pleased with both of them—from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "There is no divorce for the son of Adam except in what he owns."
It was narrated by Ibn Majah (h/2047), Abu Dawud (h/2190, 2191, 2192), Al-Bayhaqi (7/318), and Al-Irwa' (6/173).

3145: 17734: Allah: 1: Al-Manthur: (6/631-634).
: 17736: Upon you: 2: Scholars have differed in the interpretation of this verse, and the soundest of what has been said concerning it is that it was an easing for the Prophet—peace and blessings of Allah be upon him—so he relinquished the obligation of dividing his time, thus the division among his wives was not mandatory for him. This view is what corresponds to what has preceded, and it is whose meaning was confirmed in the Sahih from Aisha—may Allah be pleased with her—who said:
I used to feel jealous of those who gave themselves to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and I would say: 'Does a woman give herself to a man?' Then when Allah the Almighty revealed:
'You may postpone whom you wish of them and take to yourself whom you wish. And any that you desired of those you had set aside,' she said: I said: By Allah, I see that your Lord hastens to fulfill your desires. Ibn al-Arabi said: This which is confirmed in the Sahih is what should be relied upon.
